The Onboarding Specialist will develop and deliver materials and training sessions to ensure a seamless transition for contractor banks. This role involves facilitating orientation sessions, reviewing master contracts, and guiding contractor banks through essential processes.

The Onboarding Specialist will develop and deliver materials and training sessions to ensure a seamless transition for contractor banks. This role involves facilitating orientation sessions, reviewing master contracts, and guiding contractor banks through essential processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver onboarding materials to aid contractor banks in understanding and transitioning into the GSA SmartPay program.
- Conduct onboarding sessions that provide a comprehensive program overview, highlight key requirements, and outline program benefits.
- Assist contractor banks in reviewing the master contract terms and understanding the contractual obligations and expectations.
- Facilitate introductions between contractor banks and relevant agencies to establish communication channels and support collaboration.
- Provide detailed guidance on the task order issuance process, helping contractor banks navigate procedural requirements.
- Coordinate with CCCM and other stakeholders to ensure contractor banks receive the necessary resources and support throughout the onboarding process.
- Monitor and track onboarding progress to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in onboarding, training, or client-facing roles, ideally within government or financial services sectors.
- Familiarity with federal contracting, particularly with GSA or financial service contracts, is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience in creating training materials.
