Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed business cases to demonstrate the value of SmartPay program solutions, focusing on strategic and financial benefits.
- Craft persuasive value propositions, highlighting the advantages of program solutions to potential stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct research and analysis to gather data on current program benefits, industry standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and program management, to gather insights and validate data supporting business cases.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting documentation to communicate business case findings to senior leadership and decision-makers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business case development processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to enhance value propositions and competitive positioning.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- You should have experience in business case development, value proposition creation, or related fields, ideally within government or financial services.
- Must have strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to present complex information clearly and compellingly.
- Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis tools.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
