Job Summary

Aalis Management Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Administrator to support our contracting and procurement processes. This remote position requires a professional with strong analytical skills, contract management experience, and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with federal and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Preparation & Management: Draft, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and modifications in compliance with company policies and federal regulations (FAR/DFARS).
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all contracts meet legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Maintain accurate contract files and records.
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate contract execution, amendments, and closeouts.
  • Proposal Support: Assist in preparing proposals, including pricing, terms, and compliance documentation.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Monitor contract deliverables, deadlines, and obligations. Generate reports on contract status, expirations, and renewals.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with Aalis Management Consulting policies, federal acquisition regulations, and client requirements.
  • Remote Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams via virtual platforms (MS Teams).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 8+ years of contract administration, procurement, or related experience (federal contracting preferred).
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, GSA schedules, and federal procurement process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
